Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Digital gift cards are available in various amounts and can be used online only. They're delivered via email—perfect for gifting last minute.

Do you offer discount or promo codes?

Yes! We offer exclusive discount codes during special promotions, seasonal sales, and to our email or SMS subscribers. Only one promo code or discount can be used per order. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, sitewide sales, or bundle deals. 

How do I stay updated on new arrivals and promotions?

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

All orders are shipped PRIORITY/FIRST CLASS & Delivered in 5-7 business days from the day you place the order. 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the United States.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, we’ll email a tracking number and link. Delivery updates are usually available immediately but sometimes take up to 24 hours to appear in the system.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding our shipping options.

Sizing & Fit

How do I find my size?

Check our detailed size guide available on each product page. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

What if my item doesn't fit?

No worries! We offer easy exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn with tags attached.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Return shipping is free.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Contact us at contact@ggcboutique.com to initiate the process. We'll provide you with a prepaid return label.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your returned item. It may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement. Refund will be issued to the original form of payment. 

Product Care

How should I care for my clothing?

Care instructions are included on the label of each garment. Generally, we recommend washing in cold water and air drying to maintain quality and fit.

Are your clothes pre-shrunk?

Most of our items are pre-shrunk, but we always recommend following the care instructions to maintain the best fit and quality.
